## How It Works

- **Discovery call**: We learn your workflow — follow-up cadence, deal tracking habits, lead sources, pain points.
- **Custom build**: We configure a Matilda instance from scratch using OpenClaw with custom skills, personality files, and integrations tailored to your process. No templates.
- **Launch & manage**: You start texting Matilda. We handle ongoing monitoring, updates, and tuning.
