Reliability is worth more than speed

Efficiency in most industries means doing the same work faster.

In real estate it means something different. You can't speed up a closing. You can't rush a relationship. The timeline is what it is.

What you can do is make sure that in the 60 days a deal is in process, the client never felt ignored, no deadline was missed, and nothing fell apart because of a coordination gap.

That's not speed. That's reliability. And reliability in a relationship business is worth more than speed.
