The "just hire someone" math changed

A part time assistant runs $20 to $30 an hour. Full time with benefits, you're at $45,000 to $55,000 a year before you factor in training, turnover, and the fact that they still don't work at midnight.

Most agents at the solo or small team level can't justify that number until they're already closing enough to not need the help as badly.
