Agents who aren't worried about AI are one of two types:

The ones who looked at it, understood it, and started using it. They're not worried because they have an edge.

And the ones who haven't looked at it at all. They're not worried yet.

The second group is competing against the first group right now, in the same market, on the same leads. The gap is quiet in the short term. It's not quiet in a year.
